Nuggets vs Warriors 2/25 Same Game Parlay Picks at +934 odds | Pickswise
The NBA is back from the all-star break and the first week of the proverbial second half wraps up with an 11-Game slate on Sunday, headlined by double-headers on both ABC and ESPN. The night duo on ESPN begins with the Denver Nuggets visiting the Golden State Warriors before the Los Angeles Clippers host the Sacramento Kings.
Here is my Same Game Parlay for Sunday’s Denver-Golden State contest, which tips off at 7:00 pm ET. Also be sure to check out all of our NBA picks.
Golden State Warriors ML (-110)
Stephen Curry to record 30+ points (+165)
Nikola Jokic to record 30+ points (+145)
Parlay odds: +934
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Stephen Curry filling up the stat sheet would obviously work well with a Golden State win and cover. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with backing Nikola Jokic to pour in a bunch of points. But even if that happens, there is no reason why the Warriors can’t take care of business. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.
Golden State Warriors ML (-110)
The Warriors are finally on a roll, with 3 wins in a row plus records of 8-1 in their last 9 and 10-2 in their last 12. They have all but locked up a spot no worse than in the Western Conference play-in tournament and they are well within striking distance of a coveted top-6 seed. It is true that the Nuggets are sweeping the head-to-head series 3-0 this season, but – needless to say – it is tough to beat the same opponent 4 straight times. That is especially the case when the opponent is as talented as Golden State. The time should be right for the Dubs to get over the hump, too. Denver has dropped 3 of its last 5 Games, including 2 of its last 3 on the road. Give me the home team to prevail and also cover a small spread.

Stephen Curry to record 30+ points (+165)
Golden State has been playing so well as a team that it is enjoying its best stretch of the 2023-24 campaign even though Curry has not been consistently on fire. The former Davidson star has delivered plenty of awesome performances, but he has kind of been all over the place of late. In some recent Games he hasn’t done much at all; however, that was generally when the results were blowouts and he wasn’t required to log a ton of minutes. This battle between the Nuggets and Warriors, of course, promises to be comPetitive from start to finish. In the most recent meeting between the 2 teams on January 4 he went for 30 points. Since the start of February, Curry has a 60-point performance and 2 efforts of more than 40 points. Count on him having another one of his big days this evening.
Nikola Jokic to record 30+ points (+145)
In 3 outings against Golden State in 2023-24, Jokic is averaging 31.7 points per game. The success is clearly sustainable, too. Jokic is making 10 free-throws per game against the Warriors on 11.7 attempts from the charity stripe. Both of those are season-high numbers against all league opponents. The former NBA MVP was just 3-for-12 from 3-point range in the first 3 contests, which is an aberration as opposed to the rule. He generally shoots better from deep. Admittedly, Jokic is mired in a streak of being held on 30 points – but that’s why you can get this prop so far into plus money. And it must be noted that 3 times in February he has come within 1 point of the 30 mark and in late January he went on a run of 4 consecutive games with more than 30. I think the time is right for the Joker to go off.
