Do NBA In-Season Tournament Final Four games count for the regular season?

All 67 games played in both stages of the In-Season Tournament will count towards the regular-season standings, except for the Championship game. The 2023-24 season will still consist of 82 regular-season games, including the games played in the Group Play and Knockout Rounds. The Knockout Rounds will be single-elimination games for the top eight teams that advance from Group Play. The Quarterfinals will be held on Dec. 4-5, and the winners will advance to the neutral-site Semifinals on Dec. 7. The Championship game will be held on Dec. 9. Kevin Durant injury update: Suns fear star could miss rest of regular season with ankle sprain, per report

Kevin Durant, who has played just three games for the Phoenix Suns thus far, was a late scratch for Wednesday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to an injury suffered during a pregame workout. Though there has been no official update to Durant's status, The Arizona Republic is reporting that there is fear within the Suns organization that the superstar forward could be sidelined for the remainder of the regular season and the start of the playoffs with a Grade 2 ankle sprain. Durant is still set to undergo an MRI on Thursday to determine the severity of the injury .
