Back in April, when the Milwaukee Bucks were eliminated from the playoffs, Jrue Holiday made it clear that he had no intention of retiring , but just days ago, he took it even further and said that he would like to be a Buck at the end of his career. In an interview with Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel , Holiday said that he had no desire to play for another team. “Before I even won here I think I said I’m a Buck for life and I mean that like deep in my heart. I don’t want to play for any other team. The Utah Jazz trade d pretty much everybody that wasn't nailed down last offseason. Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert and Bojan Bogdanovic were all dealt in an apparent rebuilding effort, and as such, it was widely expected that the Jazz would continue to offload veterans during the season to set the stage for a lengthy tank.
